Be sure your data is backed up!
We can never
stress the importance enough of making sure you have a complete backup each
day. You should also have multiple backup systems so in case one fails or
doesn’t run, then you have a second backup should something go terribly
wrong. As a reminder, HIPAA regulations require daily backups to
multiple backup devices (multiple flash drives or tapes, etc.) with the
latest backup being taken off site (out of the office) should something
happen at the office.
